Crypt0 is a dynamic video game on cybersecurity that takes place inside a London-based biotech research firm. Students will play as Alex Lee, a security analyst and private investigator who must infiltrate the business and complete an important mission: detect weaknesses in the company’s computer systems. To do this, Alex will have to interact with the company’s peculiar and multicultural staff to shine a light on the common computer security mistakes they’re making that could be exploited by cybercriminals to gain access to valuable, confidential information. Crypto is a fun graphic adventure game that mixes point & click exploration, compelling narrative, and tricky puzzles. Throughout all five levels of the game, students must find, analyze, and capitalize on a company’s cybersecurity failures and shortcoming in order to unravel the twist ending.
